Chris Lionetti is a native of Darien, Connecticut and a graduate of Syracuse University. After five years in advertising sales and marketing in New York City and Boston, he joined a construction firm as a laborer and carpenter’s apprentice, at which time he worked on various celebrity client residences in Beacon Hill, MA.

Today, as proprietor of Perennial Home, Chris draws upon his hands-on background in the technicalities of home construction while offering fluency in the language and craft of varied tradespeople. Such value-add has earned Perennial Home a loyal roster of repeat customers and subcontractors alike.

His father, Richard Lionetti, is a talented designer-builder in Greenwich, and they occasionally collaborate, sharing many decades of experience.
